UPSET STOMACH
An upset stomach is pretty common. It could basically be a combination of heartburn and indigestion, or either of them by themselves. It's not too scientific, but it only stands to reason that if you're not digesting your food very well, or if you have too much acid swishing around in your belly, you're probably going to be uncomfortable. The causes of an upset stomach could be something medical such as an ulcer, GERD, pregnancy or inflammation of the stomach. Or it could be something really simple, like overeating, exercising too close to eating, smoking, stress, etc. For simple upset stomach, a little XCID can calm your tummy down, but if you think you have a more serious condition, (e.g., GERD, ulcer, hiatal hernia) please call your doctor.
